Born in Ivory Coast Zak came to McQueen Hospitality in February 2020, with an extensive background in customer service.

Zak is a proud father of a lovely daughter, and enjoys traveling, learning, and discovering cultures through the taste of their finest foods. When he isn't overseeing operations at Crepe Therapy Cafe, he loves mountain biking and running in his free time.

Zak enjoys the versatility of crepes and how you can enjoy them for any meal. "What I like about crêpes is that it is a great comfort food that can also become a great dessert." 

Zak's favorite crêpe at Crepe Therapy Cafe is the Millennial Crepe.
